These Terms govern your use of livingfurn.shop, operated by 4 LIVING FURNITURE LIMITED (company number 05299505), 1a Isetta Square, 35 New England Street, Brighton, BN1 4GQ. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

The service

4 Living is an online tool that produces four-zone room layout boards and optional ideas for ordinary accent furniture. The boards, clearance bands and checklists are inspiration to help you plan a small home. They are not installation guidance, structural safety advice, load ratings or professional interior design, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome or fit.

Board credits

• One board credit produces one four-zone board.
• Single credits are one-time purchases. Subscription credits are provided for the active billing period.
• You are responsible for the inputs you enter and for deciding whether a suggested layout suits your home.

Payment

Online checkout is being connected and a payment provider is pending. Until then, board credits and any orders are confirmed by email after you contact the studio. We will not take card details on the site until a secure payment provider is live.

Accent furniture orders

Where ordinary accent furniture is offered, items are everyday products described with approximate dimensions. If you place an order, we will confirm price, availability, delivery timing and returns by email before any payment is taken. Standard UK consumer rights apply to such orders.

Shipping and returns

• Delivery timing for any accent furniture is confirmed with each order.
• You may cancel an eligible order within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item, in line with our Refund Policy.
• Items should be returned unused and in their original condition where possible.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The studio name, content and images are owned by 4 Living and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

The studio is provided for inspiration. To the extent permitted by law, 4 Living is not liable for decisions made from a board, for the fit of any item in your space, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
